Inventory information
As a stockholding importer, we see a necessity and a significant customer added value in always having appropriately high stock levels. In addition, with due diligence, replenishment is carried out in good time, continuously and with a forward-looking calculation for each mosaic type. In spite of this planning method, it may happen that a mosaic type is not available. We inform you about this on a weekly basis, including the date of expected availability.
In addition, we maintain intensive supply relationships with our suppliers, some of which have lasted for decades and are based on partnership. Thanks to these relationships, we are able to avoid delivery bottlenecks due to order peaks and/or realize special customer requests at short time.
With regard to the delivery of our mosaics, we are dependent on our service partners of DHL (parcel service) and the forwarding agency Schenker (general cargo shipment). We cannot influence the extent to which they may or may not transport goods into areas that may be restricted by the authorities. Please note that these service providers may, of course, have slightly longer delivery times depending on the situation.
